Brian Doran was appointed General Counsel at Investors Bancorp in October 2015, and Chief Administrative Officer at Investors Bank in September 2018. He is charged with advising the board of directors and executive team members on new state and federal legislation and overseeing the operation of many of the Bank’s divisions, including Corporate Services and Human Resources.
Before joining Investors Bank, Mr. Doran was with Popular Community Bank (formerly known as Banco Popular) since 1999, where he most recently served as Director of Government Affairs and Region Executive for their New York Metro Region. Prior to joining Popular Community Bank, Mr. Doran was a partner at McConnell Valdez LLP in New York. Mr. Doran also served as a banking and commercial transaction attorney at Jones Day.
Mr. Doran serves on the Boards of the Sisters of Charity Housing Development Corporation and Bloomfield College. Mr. Doran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Marquette University and earned a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
