Notice with Regard to Internet Gambling

Recent changes in banking regulations have been passed into law; those changes require that we provide you with updates to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (“Act”). The Act and implementing regulations prohibit commercial customers from receiving deposits or other credits of any kind relating to their operation of an illegal internet gambling business. We are required to enforce this prohibition.
